Martin Bliemel

Dr Martin Bliemel is a Senior Lecturer and Director of the Diploma in Innovation at the new Faculty of Transdisciplinary Innovation at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).

His research includes entrepreneurial networks, acceleration, education, and research commercialization and has been published in Nature, ET&P, and the ERJ.

Martin is a recipient of federal and local awards for his excellence and leadership in teaching, including an OLT Citation.

Phillip Doran

Phillip is an experienced startup founder, entrepreneur and now works as the Head of Operations at the MCIC.

He was the COO of a startup he co-founded and built from scratch for 2+ years, which culminated in an appearance on Shark Tank. He enjoys all things operations, facilitation, and co-design with an emphasis on lean.
